## Digital Products

Evergreen Audio Design Group sells downloadable software products, software licenses, activation keys, and related digital content. We do not sell physical goods through this store.

All products are delivered electronically.

## Delivery

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after successful payment processing. Delivery may occur through direct download, license activation, email, account access, or other electronic means.

## Refund Requests

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, please contact us at sales@evergreenaudiodesigngroup.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered may include:

- Whether the software can be successfully activated and used;
- Whether technical support has been given an opportunity to resolve the issue;
- The amount of time elapsed since purchase; and
- Any evidence of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of the software license agreement.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

## European Union and United Kingdom Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited except as permitted by applicable law.

For digital content supplied electronically, you may be asked during checkout to:

- Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content; and
- Acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery of the digital content begins.

Where such consent and acknowledgment are provided and delivery has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

If you encounter installation, activation, licensing, or operational issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly through technical support.

## Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
